WVC accreditation remains under sanction following spring evaluation

Wenatchee Valley College remains under a warning sanction from the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities after an April evaluation found continued concerns. Two 2025 recommendations on employee training were fulfilled, but the commission found the college still out of compliance on financial reporting transparency, distance education interaction and decision-making structures. The next evaluation is in spring 2027, and WVC must resolve the recommendations no later than August 2029.
