Cashmere Public Library celebrates new location with grand opening

The Cashmere Public Library celebrated its new location at 201 Riverside Drive with a grand opening party Saturday featuring seven local authors, live music and children's activities. Librarian Lisa Lawson highlighted the vaulted ceilings, designated spaces for children and teens, and two reservable meeting rooms. The former library at 300 Woodring St. closed May 30 and is listed at $684,000.
