Arrowleaf Music Festival to bloom with Wenatchee's homegrown musical talent

The inaugural Arrowleaf Music Festival transforms Lincoln Park into an all-day showcase of original Wenatchee artists from 2 to 9 p.m. on Aug. 15. Organizer Torsten Watkins built a lineup of 11 scheduled bands and solo performers after a friend's Instagram message suggested gathering local musicians. The festival is named for arrowleaf balsamroot, and merchandise proceeds benefit Serve Wenatchee Valley and the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society.
