Confluence gets permit for $60M cancer center
The briefing
The city of Wenatchee issued Confluence Health a hospital planned development permit in July for a new outpatient cancer treatment facility at its Central Campus. The nearly $60 million project adds an 11,000-square-foot building and a 25,000-square-foot tenant improvement, with construction estimated to begin in December and the first patient expected in mid-2028. The Wenatchee Valley Medical Group had asked in February for planning to pause, saying physicians were not involved in initial planning.
