Wenatchee Valley College welcomes new STEAM dean

Bethany Sansing-Helton joined Wenatchee Valley College on Monday as its new dean of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. She earned a PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2025 and previously served as a faculty member and interim engineering department chair at Madison Area Technical College. She will oversee programs including exercise science, math, agriculture, transfer engineering and natural resources, and supervise the WVC STEM Center.
