Amber alert issued for abducted child in Clark county

The Washington State Patrol upgraded an endangered missing persons alert to an Amber Alert for 7-month-old Marcello Martinez on behalf of the Clark County Sheriff's Office. Investigators say the baby was taken by Raul Martinez, 37, early Sunday in the Vancouver area, possibly in a late 1990s Jeep Grand Cherokee. As of Monday morning the suspect had not been found.
