Link Transit board approves 2026 strategic plan

The Link Transit Board of Directors approved a 2026 Strategic Plan built around six priorities including expanding services, modernizing facilities and improving the rider experience. Transit analyst Joshua Willey said the plan concludes the Vision 2020 effort and provides a sustainable framework with measurable goals stretching through 2035. The agency's 2025 annual report showed about 1.3 million fixed-route boardings, up 5.7%, with Link Plus up 12% and rideshare up about 10%.
