Horse Lake Road reopened

The briefing

The Chelan-Douglas Land Trust announced the reopening of Horse Lake Road, restoring vehicle access to the 1,700-acre reserve trails after a nearly month-long wildfire-related closure. While the road is now open, wildfire season remains ongoing in the region through October. Meanwhile, other area fires, including the Little Giant Fire and Sisi Fire, continue to burn with varying levels of containment.
