Port selects design for $16.7M Trades District Phase II
The briefing
The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority has approved the design concept for Phase II of the Trades District at Pangborn Airport Business Park, dubbed "The Gateway." The $16.7 million project will feature two buildings totaling nearly 30,000 square feet surrounding an event lawn, playscape, and 13 retail and industrial spaces. Construction is slated to go to bid in late summer or early fall of 2027.
