Leavenworth lot becomes validated parking for visitors

The briefing

The city of Leavenworth is converting the former Enchantments Lot into the Eightmile Lot, requiring validation for City Hall and library visitors during weekday business hours starting October 1. The lot will remain free for general public parking with a three-hour maximum outside of those hours, while employee permits, ADA stalls, and EV charging spaces remain accommodated. The name change is intended to prevent confusion with Enchantment Park.
