Portions of 2 East Wenatchee roads closed beginning next week

The briefing

Two roads in East Wenatchee near Cascade Elementary School will close starting Oct. 6 for the installation of water system infrastructure. Sections of 23rd Street Northeast and North Devon Street will be affected through the end of October. Signed detours will direct motorists around the construction zone.
