Another Chelan Hills Fire suspect pleads not guilty

David Radchanka, 19, became the fourth suspect to plead not guilty in Douglas County Superior Court to charges stemming from the Chelan Hills Fire. The massive wildfire burned nearly 10,000 acres, destroyed about two dozen homes, and resulted in the death of an Orondo resident. While primary suspect Michael Yakimov faces multiple severe charges, a sixth suspect remains outstanding.
