Douglas County offers mobile office for Chelan Hills Fire-affected residents

Douglas County is launching a Mobile Planning and Permitting Office in Orondo on October 22 to assist residents affected by the Chelan Hills Fire. The mobile office will operate monthly to provide permitting assistance, answer questions, and help streamline the rebuilding process without requiring travel to East Wenatchee. The initiative aims to support post-disaster recovery for the roughly 25 primary residences lost in the July fire.
