Spokane developer applies for 250 apartment project outside East Wenatchee

Inland Group has applied for a conditional use permit to construct Copper Orchard, a 256-unit multifamily housing project on a 12-acre site near East Wenatchee. The development will consist of eight four-story buildings aimed at families earning up to 60 percent of the area median income. Public comments on the proposal are being accepted through October 21 before review by the Douglas County Hearing Examiner.
